Product Licence

Specific features and functionality in your version of Retain Cloud depend on the product licence that you hold.

Licence caps are used to restrict some functionality to a maximum number of items you can set up in the application, for example custom fields, active users, upload attachments, skill types and diaries.

Counters are usually displayed next to functionality that is restricted indicating how many items you have used out of the total permitted.
